Relative/absolute path or how to make a volume an obj

Recommended Posts

Hello, I a massive problem, I really need help on that one.

I did a short film, with about 120shots. in c4D and octane.

I need to send it to a renderfarm but there is always 1 file that messes everything, because it's path is set to absolute instead of relative.

I've tried everything, but it doesn't seem to want to work.

That file is a vdb cloud, that I use as fog in an octane volume. Do you have a solution for me ?

My next guess was to transform that volume object to an obj or something like this, but it doesn't do anything for me.

I'v tried with alembic, but doesn't work either. I'v tried with volume mesher, but I don't know, maybe it doesn't work with octane volume ?

Does someone have a solution pleaaaaaase.

Thank you very much.
