Hi, those are all from the Forester extension pack 2, but I played with the materials and upped the translucency. Rendered with Corona.

That's not true. Game engines had SSS Shaders for many years now. Yes, it's not true Raytraced SSS of course, but it's SSS nontheless.

You can see it relatively well here. Granted, the characters in TLOU 2 look incredible, but still. Even with Screen Space Subsurface Scattering you can achieve a lot.

Unclear to me at this point. Posing is the next thing for me to figure out. I think the clothing options are pretty limited, but I'm only working with a prefab character so far.

So there is a full body rig already in place for metahumans that works pretty well.  Clothes are part of the Metahuman creator, but I've just been playing with stock characters so far, so I don't know how extensive the options are.
