Is there a way to randomize a deformer´s animation?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but i can´t find an answer. I´m doing some testing and trying to make a flower "waving". I applied a bend deformer to the stem and made it move back and forward with the oscillate option active in the f-curve. My question is: how can I make this movement a bit random in speed and/or path? Is there a way to link the animation track to something like and animated noise?

Thanks in advance 🙂

Or you could get Signal, Chris Schmidt's brilliant plugin from GSG - that would let you do it in a sort of layered way where you can add randomisation on top of existing motion without having to get all Xpresso with it 🙂.
