You're right, it was (sans wings).  I didn't realize you could play it, duh.  Very nice waspish movement.  How did you come up with the movement -- watching videos?

I didn't use any reference for this animation, I simply created a manual chain of delayed keys between one part of the body and another.  I also baked the head animation into a motion clip, I was going to do the same for other parts but I only had about 10 min to animate it.

C-Motion is powerful, can get some more natural movements with that due to some added random factors, just takes much more time.
