mesh goes out to the neutral state

after binding my mesh with joints. when I start to animate like moving, rotating or posing it works fine but for some necessery modification If I go from model mode to point mode mesh goes out to neutral state. Mesh does not stay at the same way like it was in the model mode what I did. In point mode it always stay neutral state but I have seen on Motion design school Tutorial, The mentor in stead of going from model mode to point mode the mesh stays at the same state. It does not change it's state. why ? It happens to me Please can you explain it will be a great help.

Welcome to the Core.

 

It's hard to be sure without you uploading the scene file, but if I had to guess I would ask if you had 'deformed editing' activated in the View Settings ?

You should update to the latest version of S22 - several important updates happened since 22.016.
