Animate helix spline offset in clockwise direction

You can change the direction that the spheres are cloned onto the spline with its reverse tickbox (if it is still parametric) or by selecting all points, r-clicking, and doing reverse point order (if it has been made editable). But you shouldn't need any of that when you can just set a negative offset value, right, which you might not be able to do with the slider, but you can with the spinners ?!

Oh I completely misunderstood your post ! That was some slightly ambiguous language there, so I didn't get what you meant !🙂

Yes, if you want to change if the helix is clockwise or not that is controlled entirely with the rotation angles and whether they are negative or not.
