During face rigging when I'm trying to mouth open chest area is going down !

for convenient face rigging I spilited head from full body. After completed face rigging when I'm going to paste my rigging over full body with the help of surface deformer everything is good but mouth opening. 
please pay attention below first picture. when mouth is closed there is no problem but after opening mouth some problem on chest to belly area. these area is going down. without it every single rig is working well.
I tried a lot but can't find out the proble. is there any kind soul to help me. Thanks in advance. your help will be remembered.

If you are using a pose morph it could be that your target morph does not contain the same number if points as the base mesh. Alternatively if it is a weight problem then you need to paint the weights out on the chest presuming that you have used a jaw joint to move the mouth.

 

From your screen grab it looks like you have used pose morphs…
