Redshift colour issues between IPR and final render

Exactly the same - just load it into the Dome light texture slot and select "Scene-Linear-Rec709-sRGB" from the menu - eg: a linear (HDR) file based on either Rec709 or sRGB primaries. You're then all set. If you're loading just standard sRGB tex maps for general use then "Auto" is the default - which is setting "sRGB" as the input color space behind the scenes. It works very well.

 

I nearly always output my final renders as 32bit ACEScg multipass and re-build in post. That gives most flexibility - but probably isn't for everyone.
