Not really, I'd say. Cinema doesn't require a massively fast hard drive, and doesn't access it that often during use (unless everything is cached and you are short on RAM), so type of drive or the optimisation of the drive makes little difference to it. It is not like say a sequencer app that constantly needs to load in samples from a fast drive to support recording and playback of samples, whereas Cinema really only needs to access a drive when writing or loading scene content, which rarely happens during playback for example, so doesn't have to be real-time.
However when you do need a drive to be as fast as it can, the best general advice I can give you is 'keep it cool'. These drives get hot, especially if mounted proximal to other drives as they usually are. And the hotter they get in operation, the more they throttle transfer speeds to try and stop that temperature climbing any further. So, the cooler they are the faster they go !
