  1. I try to close the crossed splines then Extrude and finally the point at intersection could be snapped. Maybe there's better ways. I think it's useful for some precise modelling. 2splines_cross.c4d
  2. It's "hard coded" Xprsso in the attachment. Here's my way: the ball's X-Y position should be relative to the default bitmap on X-Z plane, also the size could be scaled now by divide a number. Upgration: more balls could be copied. I wonder how to do clones for more and more balls such as 100 balls? And now the balls have no Materials but 'Display Color', how could I let the texture become more complex such as adding Luminance, Transparency etc.? I try the method mentioned here: It's fine, Thanks! Anyone has better ideas?
  3. Thanks for your reply, I try out this bitmap way. but I have to create a plane in the size of the image texture to display and check the effect, or I have to guess the position changing trendency, and the bitmap node needs filename input. How could I scale the plane to larger size there to maintain the correct interactive effects? Is there UV map node for this? And the bitmap is on XY plane by default, how could I change it to XZ plane so I can do rigid body drop down effect. As I download your attachment pos_to_color.c4d I see you use procedure fusion texture for the color texture, how could this ball's color responses to the color spectrum there? Any xpresso node for that? I also have no idea how to handel with Could you show me the ways please? Thanks again.
  4. Hello guys, I found this thread too old to download the attachments, could anyone share the files again? Or to let the balls change colours as they running around according to a color texture map below.
