      Thanks Bob. The day was epic with massive crowds at various services. My daughter went to the National service at dawn with 40,000 others. Don't think she's ever been to a memorial service before.

    Listening to the new Pink Floyd CD. Couple of good tracks. The rest of it is fairly wishy washy. Definitely better than the Final Cut and better than David Gilmour's On an Island CD.

      Sounds better after a couple of plays. It's no classic Pink Floyd album however. Miles better than the "Final Cut" album which was rubbish.

      Thanks Jim. A new forum version is coming and some of the cafe server's software needed to be updated to run the new version. We're now running a little quicker and using less CPU resources.

    So after installing 24gb of memory I now find that Windows 7 Home Premium only supports 16gb memory. Bitten the bullet and ordered Windows 8.1. No point in upgrading to Windows 7 Pro.

      To make Win 8 look like Win 7 I highly recommend paying $5 for the "Start 8" app. It then pretty much looks and runs like Win 7.

      I'm running R15 on my laptop with 8.1. No issues, in fact it runs quicker as Win 8.1 is quicker than Win 7

      What the heck. I've just ordered a Samsung 250GB SSD drive as well. Might as well do things properly :)
