  1. Thanks BEZO, looks like that was an issue, the problem was with MagicSolo plugin itself, because it solos out not just a model but all the textures in the viewport and that`s why it caused the program to load all the textures back in.
  2. Hey guys, Here is a thing which bothers me. Every time I come back from SOLO mode in the viewport all materials have to load back again and it slows down my viewport for like 20-30 seconds or even more. Take a look at the video. My viewport freezes. How to fix that and have a smooth transition while using SOLO mode. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jUTu2ganZAE My PC: RTX3080, 64GB RAM, Ryzen 7 3700x 8 Core, Samsung 1GB SSD, don`t think that`s an issue. Any thoughts? Thank you all!
  3. Hey guys, Straight to the point, every time when I try to move the character this happens with the mesh. IMG_0802(1).mov Any ideas where the problem is? I used mixamo.com to rig the model and then I applied the Mixamo Contro rig inside of C4D. I`m using R23.110 version. Here is the project file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/i6x2btxjh0ignil/T-Pose_No_Bones rocker Astronaut enhanced rigged 10.c4d?dl=0
  4. Sorry about that, seems like I finally found a solution to that. I had to press the "Takes" tab, selected "mixamo.com" then File>Current Take to New Document. This somehow solved all the issues.
  5. Hey! So here is the issue. I had a model in Cinema4d which I wanted to rig, I uploaded it on Mixamo, everything seemed to work out. I downloaded their FBX file with bones and skin. I wanted to use the "Mixamo control rig" feature on Cinema4D but apparently it didn`t work out as smoothly as it was advertised. I`m using R23. The problem is that I cannot add the model into the "WeightTags". Plus I cannot reset bind pose on Weight expression tag which comes from Mixamo.com. Take a look at two attached screenshots. Thank you in advance
  6. Looks like there are quit some issues with the new R23 unless I`m doing something wrong, I tried to render and this happened. Take a look at how the saved image as jpg. looks like (on the left side) and how it looks like directly in the render in picture viewer. The real time feedback is blurry. I tried to render the same scene in R20, it looks as sharp as on the left. Any thoughts? Maybe it`s hard to see due to image compression, but if somebody wants to see the original file I can definitely upload it somewhere without loosing original quality.
  7. I dont know where might be an issue then, I checked all the minimum system requirements and they seem to be ok. This delay is kinda annoying because I dont get that instant feedback which was on R20.
  8. Hey guys, So here is the problem. Whenever I use "Rectangle selection" tool to select something in the viewport I get a very small delay. I guess you`ll have to turn on volume for this to get an idea of what is actually happening. Anybody knows where is the problem and how to fix it? I`m using R23 IMG_0129.MOV
  9. thank you a lot guys, you`re real life savers! Just to add another question to all this since I made a lot of research on 3D modeling and all the techniques, what is the best and fastest way for hard surface modeling in cinema4d? I saw that Blender has a powerful addon/plugin called boxcutter. Is there something similar for cinema4d? What is your experience on this?
  10. Ok then another stupid question... How to enable those hidden bright blue edges so I could weld those points?
  11. The R20 version could be the problem. I have tried every possible combination with boole. "You are stacking boole on top of (editable) boole". I didnt really understand this. Would you be able to show me an example of that and how you stacked them to achieve this successful result?
  12. Hey Cerbera, Thank you for your reply. I have attached the project file. Let me know if you figured something out. boole problem.c4d
