Cinema 4D Exporting T Splines into Grasshopper

HI, Just wondering if there was any way to export traced particles paths to other programs. I am trying export the traced particles from cinema 4d to get T Splines in grasshopper. I have traced them using a xptrail but no idea how to export it? Thank you in advance!
