Well, both of them have responded already and a reasonable answer is nowhere to be found 😉

I do apologize in advance if have posted this in the wrong room. I am very new to this forum so please forgive me ) As a student I am using Cinema 4D Student License and all was good until the brand new license processing tool was introduced. My license has expired a few days ago so naturally I went ahead to renew it only to find out there's this thing now called MAXON One and some third party company taking care of all the licensing. I have registered my student account on On The Hub which got verified pretty swiftly. Went ahead and purchased the MAXON One 6 months promo code for a small fee. Following the instructions I then visited MAXON website, and entered the promo code upon the checkout. A few. minutes later the screen appeared "Thank you for your purchase you will receive an email shortly" Guess what, been two days already and still nothing. Reached out to MAXON explaining the issue and asking to provide some extra help since this is a brand new licensing tool we, loyal users, have no experience with. MAXON immediately bounced me back to On The Hub / Kivuto stating that they're no longer responsible for Student licensing. Reached out to On The Hub, much to my surprise..lol they bounced me back to MAXON. So to summarize, I have paid for a Student License renewal via the newly introduced system and got nothing. Still waiting, and there is no sight of help neither from MAXON nor from On The Hub. Has anyone experienced this ?
