  1. Hey guys, I downloaded a rigged model from Mixamo. I just need the right hand for my composition. I placed it in place and everything is fine but the wrist and the arm are too thin for my liking. So I want to modify the topology (obviously after the model being rigged). Since its a very simple composition, I thought I could just place the hand and the fingers, unbind it and modify the volume. Done. But no, when I Disable the skin, the model goes back to the T-Pose. I modified the topology while the hand being in T-Pose, that's not the problem. But when I am done and enable the skin again, the topology goes back to where it was. Is there a way to unbind the rig without the model having to lose the pose it was in?
  2. Hey guys, a beginner here. Can a Redshift User help me with this? I have a striped model I did with Voronoi Fracture. The scene is lit almost from every angle and still the model looks black on the back and other spots. Why?? I want to render the model alone (so no background, the background is an alpha), ans so I did. I also dsabled the shadows on all my Redshift Lights and it still looks dark. Help? Heres the project: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_RiCj8WaVCO1DO7y4DW9msEs5yOcIx-u/view?usp=sharing And heres an example:
  3. Hey guys, a beginner here. I want to constraint sun glasses to my model's head, so I used a constraint and used the Head joint as a target. They move, but they move too much around and don't stay really in place, I think they may be delayed. I read it could be the priority but I tried all the options (Expressions, Animation, Generators...) and even using the highest priority number 499, I even put the Glasses at the bottom of the Object Manager and it still has issues. Help? Here's the project: https://drive.google.com/file/d/10JwqVLHknMtRhv4LRyjNC-5Yd2vdJPqj/view?usp=sharing
  4. @sunnyminz hey thanks for the reply, but it's not working. I try with every Dynamics Tag, i tried individually or all together and the spheres keep flying through the wireframe 😞

  6. Hi guys, this problem is driving me crazy and I can't find anything about this online. All I want is to make a dance sequence with Mixamo Animations. I import everything in Cinema and create Motion Clips. Then I combine the Motion Clips in the Time Line unter the T Pose, so the Dance Sequence is on the T Pose rig. The first time I did this it worked perfectly, I adjusted some Pivots as well and everything worked fine. Now my boss wants to change one part of the dance. So I went to the original scene, where all the individual Motion Clips were combined in the Time Line and proceeded to do the same thing as last time. I imported some new dances and deleted the Motion Clip that I wanted to change under the TPose-Layer (where all the clips are). Then when I play the animation, the legs seem to be mirrored? But only the bones I think. The right leg wants to go where the left leg is supposed to be and viceversa. I think something similar happens to the fingers. But weird enough, the arms work fine, they are not "mirrored". When I import the new Dance, the model and rig look just fine, theres nothing weird about it. Its only when I combine two different animations together. I don't know if I have to change something in the settings when I import or what, but it is really strange, this did not happen last time! in this picture the model is just fliying randomly. You can see the rig underneath, that's what the model should be doing.. Please help! thanks
  7. Hello, a beginner here. This is what I am trying to achieve: I have a MoCap animation going that I imported and I made the model to look like a wireframe-mesh-thing with an Array: I put an extra Rig inside, that I converted to Polygons so that the Spheres originate from it and they follow the Position. I want the Spheres to stay inside the mesh but they fly out. I put a Collider tag on the array. To be sure that they stay inside the mesh, I duplicated the Model without Array (so its completely solid) and added a Collider Body as well and hid it, so the spheres collide with the vessel but you cannot see it. Still, it does not work. This is how my Outline looks like: For the Spheres: the Force on the Rigid Body, I changed "Follow Position" to 50. I tried many values here, from 5 to 100 and it does not work. help? I hope I could explain myself!
  8. Hi there, I don't know what I have done, but suddenly my perspective view looks like this: # and this is the "normal" perspective, it doesn't matter how much I try to align the horizon again, it is as if the whole world had been rotated. I have already deleted the preferences and it didn't solve it. Help?
  9. Hi there, I was watching this Quick Tip on Vimeo on Hair Guides: and when I try to do the same, instead of creating only one Hair-Object it creates like 20, which I don't understand: and I only release the mouse button once! It's not like I am clicking multiple times on the mesh. Help? Is there a way to combine the Hair-Objects as one?
