Can i request support even if I only have the trial version? I downloaded it directly from their website yesterday so I believe it is the latest version. And yes, I tried to disconect this mouse and use the notebook mousepad and the problem is still there. Thanks anyway. I'll try reaching their support and hope that it's okay that I have the demo.

I'm a begginer and I'm having a real hard time trying to solve this problem. I'm doing the greyscalegorilla tutorial to learn C4D and I need to constantly move between the software and the tutorial to follow it. But, whenever I do it, my mouse starts behaving like crazy inside C4D. I can't navigate properly, can barely click on things. To solve it I need to go to preferences/ imput devices and click on either "graphics tablet" or "high res tablet". It doesn't matter if they're on or off, if only one of them is on or both are on or off, I just need to change it an the mouse starts working again, but when I toggle again to the tutorial and come back to cinema 4d I need to do it all again. It's driving me crazy because every single step of the tutorial I need to go to preferences and do it all over again so I can keep working. Someone knows what I should do? It's really hard learning this way, every step takes double amount of time. Thanks in advance and I'm sorry if my english isn't perfect, I'm from Brazil so there may be some mistakes.
