  1. Hi there, new to C4d and forums, and hoping someone out there can help me out with a problem. I am exporting an .obj file from rhino to C4D, which holds a series of disconnected mesh faces (tiles) that are flat and without thickness. I would like to add shape (a convex bulge) to each of these independent faces using a material with a gradient map for displacement for example. This will save me having to model each tile. If you think about a puffy jacket (with no puff), I am hoping to add displacement to each sub panel (polygon) using a material. I can apply displacement or a bump map, but I'm unsure how to basically treat each face/panel as an independent tile for the purposes of mapping. It is applying displacement to all the faces at once. Thank you!
