  1. I got a nice work around and programmed a two sided unity shader. So both sides will show in the same color. We dont need any textures so we are fine. The correction of the buildings would mean more polygons. That could get quite ugly for the iPads and the software we are developing. Thank you for helping out!! For anyone seeing this problem and wondering how I solved it inside Unity: you could also use this asset Two Sided Shaders +URP <- this is not my asset / shader and I dont want to advertise it either. But it will work also!
  2. I could give you a small part of the city. If you are able to fix it would you share your work flow? All my export selctions are disabled. Or do I have to do something else ?
  3. Well, we paid a city for this data. We gonna create whole other cities. We don't have this kind of problems with any other cities just with this one. This is just the centre. The buildings are LOD1. And a pain in the ass...
  4. i watched this tutorial And my result in Houdini. Looks still a bit odd. It seems that you cant export as fbx with a free license is that right?
  5. I messed up my Houdini Licenses. I watched a short tutorial with the Polygon Doctor. But I think it doenst help either. Gonna reply until my license with houdini got fixed. I can't export anything.

  7. Unfortunetly i can not send you this file. But if you tell me which Software you use and what you gonna try to accomplish i could try it out myself. Mesh Checker shows me something like a christmas tree... I have to say, that its odd that cinema can display every normal in a different color but cant let you select them all.
  8. The scene consists 200-300 or up to 1000 low poly buildings. I generated or bought them. Put them in Cinema 4D to create a whole city. After that Ill export the fbx into Unity for creating a software for developing and test purposes.   9. Hello, I'm working with Cinema 4D S24.111 (RC) Student License I searched the internet for almost 2 days to find a way, to select all wrong normals in my object. It is impossible for me to do it all by hand. I want to select all wrong (blue) normals and revert them. Right click and reverse or align all normals does not work. This selection makes it even worse. I found this plugin Selections but cant get it to work. I tried everything. I also loaded the scripts via the script manager, but nothing happened. Anyway... does anyone have another idea on how to select all wrong normals? Does anyone have a python script to do somethink like that? Thank you in regards.
