  1. Based off of a room from the school I go to. Also, photoshop is really deceptive in the quality it displays vs what it exports.
  2. A nice comparison of my modeling ability from 2 years ago to now.
  3. Rendering hair is expensive. [took about 16 minutes] Especially on 2007 CPU hardware.
  4. 5 years, man. And this is the best I can do. So far.
  5. Yeah, it's a nice effect and since my computer is pretty weak, this will be a nice compromise in what I usually do for 3D art.
  6. Been working on some SWAT units and I decided to start using the Sketch-and-Toon effect again.
  7. After several hours of modeling, here's the progress so far. Progress. The previous version was just a head... and that head took 2 hours! Just... dang, that head needed some work to look better than the first charizard model.

  9. Yeah, the Camera was very hard to work with. Tried making it as smooth as I could, but... yep.
  10. Finally! I have finished. This is the finalized version of the animation.
  11. Been trying to render the animation for quite some time... and had to restart the animation rendering a total of 2 times. So... yeah. Also, for those who saw my "Modeling comparisons", I'll be working on that at some point when this animation is finally done.
  12. A comparison of my old charizard model against the newer one I did. Also, for those who saw my "2D/3D animation" topic, it's almost done.
  13. The 2D characters are done in terms of animation. So I'm now going to be animating everything else, which is in 3D. Shouldn't be that difficult. I just have to deal with how long it'll take to get the thing to render 1 frame.
  14. Small update with the project; the second 2D character is now done. For some reason, the ocean isn't wavy as usual. Anyways, going to be animating everything later on.
  15. The 3D pichu is for scale reference only. There's going to be 2 characters in 2D. The Pikachu and Pichu. Everything else will be 3D. (Update 11/17/2016) Latest update on the project. (Update 11/19/2016) It is finally done! Here's the video
