  1. Hello, thanks for your reply. Using Cinema 4D 2023.2.2 and Octane Renderer for c4d 2022.1.2-[R2] I'm new to Octane. I googled around and was able to fix this issue, here's everything I tried: 1. Adjusted the "Focus Distance" of my camera. It was set to something like .00001 and I found elsewhere that that causes problems. I set it to 1. 2. Baked my cached dynamic object to keyframes from the timeline panel. 3. Enabled 'Force Updates' inside an Octane object tag which I applied to my now-baked object. 4. Switched Geometry Control to 'Manual Assignment' in Render Settings -> Octane Renderer Somewhere along the way my render started working as expected. I think it was the Focus Distance setting based on a post I saw elsewhere. However I was just clicking stuff left and right so what actually happened is a mystery. Thanks !!
  2. Hello, did you ever figure this out? Thank you. I have a very simple coin toss animation done with c4d bullet dynamics. I have cached it and it works fine in the viewport as well as in standard renderer. However when I go to render it with octane, it comes out steppy, glitchy, and just not right at all. Any thoughts are welcome.
