IMASHINATION, ty! I haven't rendered yet but I recall goofing with that setting prior to rendering, so I bet that fixed it. ty again!

The issue: https://imgur.com/a/SciP5bD Almost looks like a prog scan effect from the OG digital camera era. It occurs during motion, and only when I use Sketch & Toon. I can't find any discussion of this issue anywhere, so I'm appealing to you all. Any idea what's wrong? Ty!
