    Hi everyone, I'm currently trying to recreate a smear effect in Cinema 4D, similar to the traditional animation smear effects seen in Blender or the old CA Motion Stretch Deformer plugin for C4D. I've been experimenting with both Xpresso and Scene Nodes to build this effect cause i know its hard to make it like a deformer with pyhton, However, I haven't been able to get it working — even after trying with ChatGPT and doing lots of tests, it still doesn't work because i dont have all the knowledge. if anyone could help me please. In a similar setup, I'd really appreciate any help — and if it's something time-intensive, I'm open to discussing it as a paid.

    I played with Cascadeur animation program the only problem was how to take advantage of both by animating characters in Cascadeur and exporting the track animation with joints back to the C4D Rigged character and retargeting the joint of Cascadeur to the C4D character rigged. the first problem I had with cascadeur joints was that it was not have the same names as the character definition tag so I started manualy step-by-step to choose the joint's name but when I finished and connected them to the c4d character solver the animation did not go right at all 😅 I don't know where is the problem or how I solve it I will upload what I import in character definition tag and uploaded the file also C4D.c4d

    i played with cascadeur and it very awesome the only problem is how to export cascadeur animation track back to C4D rigged character i tried the character definition target in c4d but it does not act well i manualy step-by-step to choose joints because the joint names of cascadeur different than c4d but the character doesn't act like the cascadeur animation track

    Hello friends IAM working on this, now i have boole checkbox when i enable it and be true do action that is in the "IK" and it work fine but all i want when i click on the boole "checkbox" be true to activate this "IK" action after constant time like 20 frame or 30 frame then the action work any one can help me and thank you so much for your supporting ❤️

    Hello Is there any way to switch between c4D takes with using xpresoo i need to make button or something to convert between them if it can possible or any thing like this if you can show me with photos cause xpresoo is hard for me and thank you very much

    Iam trying to make fight simulation scene like this in c4d many character run and when collider with each other start to fall on the floor and die the question how can i change between 2 animation sequence first one the running second one die triggered when start collide each other i need any help to achieve this looking or similar to it with c4d simulation or even x particulares or any plugin thank you again Record_2022-07-20-00-45-47.mp4

    thank you all you realy helped me alot i found the soultion by using object group in object manger and double click on object group icon and start to put my nodes in there it will be direct in my objects so i can put a material @Cerberathis tutorial helped me alot thank you

    hey is there any way to render scene nodes with octane render cause i use material operator and set octane material but i dont see any thing in octane render so is there any way to direct render nodes with octane Thank you
