Hey, thanks for your advice. Soory for my misunderstading qestion... but you almost help me.
During my next expermiments (before i saw this post) I used new Cloth Simulation with Softbody and Plastic Deformation parameters, than presesed by cylinder and cached it (left side of video). After that baked it and made animation by keyframes (right side of video). For more neutral i should work on timeing..
@DanHinton I didn't know the Pose Morph it could be even easier/simpler than my above process. But both of this is not that flexible as ZEROSIXTWOSIX solution, i think. Thank you!
@ZerosixtwosixI tried to recreate plunger by your solution, but i think is a little complicate for me a never used Iteration, Smoothing Iterations i tried to understad by some toturial on youtube but i can't imge in my context. Generally final state of rubber should be similar as on plunger-final-state.jpg where the middle area go inside, is it possible to achive in you solution?
Is it possible to share your file, i would like reconstruct and learn with right example?
I'am very new in animation/simulation in C4D, I've only modeled so far.
