  1. Thank you so much @Zerosixtwosix. That's exactly what I tried to achieve. Probably, someone can repeat this effect with Expresso or Scene Nodes. It will be an awesome tool for C4D.
  2. Thank you CERBERA for your response. I also began my research with determining the path between two distorted circles. Unfortunately, this is not what I want to achieve. The middle circle is a false way. Here, the circles themselves should become control elements and stretch the inner elements according to the distorted circles. Today, the idea came to me that I could use rope simulation, and I achieved a certain result. You can familiarize yourself with the project file in the attachment. In other words, you can understand the principle. If the task was not to rotate all the elements, it could be left as it is. Unfortunately, in this case, we can rotate the entire structure along with the distorted circles (otherwise, all the geometry breaks), but I need the distorted circles to "float" in place, and the objects to rotate and distort according to the control splines of the circles. I believe this task requires Xpresso or Scene Nodes, but I do not have the knowledges Test Anim.mp4 Distortion along splines2.c4d
  3. Hey everyone, I have 2 closed concentric circles (Inner,Outer) animated using a Displacer modifier. The space between these circular splines is filled with other splines (Objects) that move in a circular path. How to evenly distribute the points of the splines (Objects) between these two circles? Essentially, you have two controlling closed splines. It's likely that the Wrap Spline and Spline Rail modifiers won't help in this case. Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with Xpresso and Scene Nodes. I hope for your advice and any assistance. Distortion along splines.c4d
