Nodes are out of scope, unfortunately. Its for character rigging. Or is there a way using nodes for rigging that i am not aware of?

Hi, I am currently building a new rig template and for that i am searching for a way to measure the angle of 2 Vectors (Position Data). Gene Magtoto did something similar here years ago. Does not matter if it is Xpresso or Python. I tried different trigonometry approches but i did not find one so far that works in a robust way. If You have any ideas or setups how to solve it, let me know. 😃
