What a hoot. I entered an online competition for a year's supply of drinking water and free entry to next year's cycle race that I did a week ago. Guess what, I won. So a whole heap of bottled water is going to be arriving on my doorstep. Cool eh!!

Finished putting up my outside Christmas lights. I've gone all solar powered and LCD. Chucked out the old mains powered bulb lights that blow constantly. Being summer the solar powered lights work really well.

My last week away from home this year

off to do a 140km training bike ride. Pity it's very windy.

Listening to the new Pink Floyd CD. Couple of good tracks. The rest of it is fairly wishy washy. Definitely better than the Final Cut and better than David Gilmour's On an Island CD.
