Just done a 4hr / 111km road bike ride. Training for a 85km MTB race in 2 weeks time.

Did a 90km road ride today. Looking forward to a rest day on Friday. (I'm training for a 85km MTB race on 30 Nov)

Just done a 77km road cycle race. 2h18m 10th overall & 4th in 45-55 male. Very pleased with result.

Saturday. off to see the latest Thor movie today.

Just been watching myself on TV doing my job as a photographer taking photographs at a country school. The documentary was about people and places around a coastal region.
