I’m hoping I can get some help relating to x-particles.
I have a swarm of bugs, each bug (particle) is animated geometry inside an xp-generator. The bugs fly in from the left, land on a surface, stay idle for a moment, and then continue to fly off and exit on the right.
What I’m struggling with is when they land on the surface and stay idle for a moment - I want the bugs to stop flapping their wings (this is the animated geometry in the xp-generator). And then start flapping their wings again when they fly off.
Ideally I want the particle to recognise when it’s landed on the surface and then stop the flapping wing animation.
Any help is greatly appreciated! I’m sure there’s some x-particles expert out there that knows how to do this! 🙂
