Thank you for your prompt reply. At least i don't loose many more hours searching for a magic tool. Unfortunately, i modelled/sculpted many trees without taking into considiration anything but visual part. :((( I'll try to start over modelling and make less mistakes hopefully. Thank you again for your advice!

Hi everybody, i created a tree out of different objects and i ended up joining them into one polygon. I couldn't get one connected surface and i'm not able to 3d print it. I'll be grateful for an advice, how i could connect the polygons to get one solid surface mesh for print. Thanks.
