  1. I'm not new to modeling and I ve already modeled couple of cars now and didn't have a serious problem until now and I cant seem to find a way to model this part the mesh splits in 2 parts and I can't find a way to have a clean edge with subsurface harsh edges would'nt help either because it takes away the curve and doing it without subsurface would'nt be clean or really hard to pull off and this is the best result I can get with the least amount of poligons possible with subsurface on and off which isn't good at all back view: would appreciate ur help,thanks
  2. well thanks for the reply but I got some advices from a friend to use these versions so I m just gonna update it and see if it works thanks
  3. just started using octane so this is my first scene in octane,it's a telephone on a desk with some other stuff around and 6sub surfaces,the file size is 500mg it renders fine in the live viewer and c4d physical render but when I hit render with octane after one minute of rendering the computer crashes sounds like an computer issue but it works fine for me on 3dmax and vray it s been like 3days and i tried almost everything,then i brought the settings to lowest quality possible,it renders for like 4mins then octane crashes gpu:1x gtx1070 ti 16gb ram memory intel(R) Corei7-6700K and I don t know if this have anything to do with it but i m using c4d 19.024 and octane 3.07 thanks for helpng out
