Cinema 4D C4D R20 AE5 Plugin Folder

Hello Gods of C4D. I'm sure this is a rookie question but I'm trying to get back in the game after years of being away. I am using After Effects CS5 and I have C4D R20. I'm trying to figure out where to place these two plugin so I can access C4D from inside AE5 C4DImporter.plugin & C4DImporter.plugin or do I have the wrong plug-ins? These two came w/ C4D and I tried putting them inside the APPLICATION/AE/folder... Let me know if they're supposed to be in a different folder or what. I'm on Mac OS 10.12.6 Sierra Thanks ladies and gents g
