  1. Hmm, maybe it will help if I reinstall than .. Anyways thank you, atleast now I've narrowed down the problem 🙂
  2. Well, I checked the dynamic settings for the collision object and they were already set to average parameters. Not only that, increasing the bounce of both objects didn't effect the bounce either. I haven't advanced to the point of learning about friction particle force. For now, I just wish to follow along with the instructor and in his set-up increasing bounce or friction actually increases them. Did you check the file I sent you. If so, what else do I need to change to be able to effect these parameters? Because all I see when I follow along a tutorial is everything that I've done, but without results
  3. You're a lifesafer! I also tested the rolling in another scene just for clarification. And it didn't work, but I'll try both again by adjusting the dynamics in the collision object. Glad I joined the cafe already 🙂
  4. Hi there, I'm pretty new to cinema 4d and I'm just learning it by following along with a course. For this reason I'm using a slightly outdated version of cinema4d (v20). I'm following along exactly and I understand most of the options of the rigid body animation tag, but it's not working properly at all. I created a simple scene of a ball dropping onto a plane shaped box. It bounces a bit and rolls a bit, the problem is that no matter how high I make the bounce how high or how low I make either the bounce or the friction, it doesn't in any way affect the outcome of the animation. It's pretty frustrating, and I don't see any way to solve it, so I've come to ask you guys here. I would love it if someone could help me. Thanks bounce.c4d
