  1. Update: Found the asset in Users/Me/AppData/Roaming/MAXON/C4DR20.../userrepository Just deleted the folder and the node editor is finally able to open.
  2. C4d froze after trying to *right click>create asset* (at least I think that's what the command was) on "Switch" node in the node material editor. I assumed trying to turn a single node into an asset is what caused it to freeze, but after restarting Cinema and using a brand new project (even restarting my computer) the program freezes when trying to open the node editor and I have to force quit. As far as I can tell the rest of the program works fine so I'm pretty sure something got screwed up when attempting to create the asset (bug report confirms the problem was a stack overflow caused by the node editor.) I tried searching through C4d's AppData to try to find the asset and delete it (not even sure they are stored like this) but I didn't see any obvious directory for user-made assets. I'm not sure where to go from here besides a full reinstall but I'd like to avoid that. Ideas?
