Hi there, Thanks for you reply, I followed all the steps but the same thing happened. I drew a cross (where the red arrow is pointing to) but it doesn't appear in the viewport. And it still appears to be white even though I picked a bright red colour. Is there any other way to do it? Been trying for the past few hours...

Hi all, I'm new to C4D, currently using S22. I bought this dinosaur skeleton model online with uv mapped materials and stuff. And I wanna paint on top of the material but there are a couple issues: 1) When I paint on the model in "view", nothing changes but it shows up in the "texture" view. 2) No matter what colour I pick, it only comes out as white. If anyone has a clue on what's going on that would be super great. Thanks!
