  1. Thank you very much for your reply! My only remaining question is - if I were to actually buy a better model, are there any specs that I should be looking for in their descriptions? Or do models that you actually pay for usually work with this type of deforming?
  2. I'm so sorry, it's my first time posting here. https://we.tl/t-F6EviRS7jm This is the c4d file. Thank you for everything else, will do!
  3. Hey! I must preface by saying that I'm a noob when it comes to C4D and 3D in general so I might be missing something very basic, but I'm desperate since I thought this animation would be fairly simple. So I have to place a 3D model (of a clock) on a wall, using After Effects. I managed to do that tracking-wise, but I also need it to be "melting". So I tried many YouTube tutorials but it never seems to be working so I'm worried that it may have something to do with my 3D model (I exercised only on free ones from turbosquid) or with my complete lack of knowledge. So I ended up finding a rigged scene that basically instructs me to replace their model with mine, yet even though I follow their instructions, it does not work. I wonder if it has anything to do with my object, I tried it with this clock , the C4D version. Also, when I open the melting project, it warns that I am missing the 'Thea Render' plugin, I don't know what it means, but the effect renders on their object. I also get some error when trying to render on picture viewer (all prtscreens attached) https://ibb.co/grW07ZY https://ibb.co/cNxCpgx https://ibb.co/LSsWmJY https://ibb.co/NTD45vf PLEASE PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE HELP!!
