Greetings,
I’m trying to create a foam pit (using cubes), that has the floor animating, hitting the cubes and then they jump in the air then fall back down to their original position. It will be a looping sequence.
I’ve tried using an inheritance effector which works but the cubes look quite mechanical when they fall back to their starting position. I need the cubes to be soft bodies so with this setup (inheritance and matrix objects) I can only get it to work with rigid bodies.
The interaction with the cubes and the softbody settings are looking great, I’m just struggling to find a good way to have them return to the initial position.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
