Replying to this thread incase anyone needs the answer. After some time messing around with hyperwind, in order for the loop to work you must disable any Global Wind Parameters, and Directional Wind Parameters. Play around with the sliders found inside Inplace Wind and you will find success with looping. Additionally, set Wind Cycle Duration to have +1 additional frame in relation to your project timeline. Currently, there I have found no solution to having loop parameters work w/ settings from above mentioned sections.
