  1. It was just idea to restrict object/tool parameters to color "code" :) For user with adjusted 25 objects/tools in Diag could be hard to memorize all presets. And just "class" color could determine action of this preset without opening tool. But as you said, if user could adjust color as he wish, it´s only up to him...
  2. Would be nice to restrict colors, for example red color for negative values/Off/disable , green for positive values/On/Enable and blue (and all other if more) for other parameters.
  3. If you´re on MSA (or was in the past), there is a plugin CV_Splines (currently in version 3) which contain also outline generator (negative/positive) https://www.cineversity.com/vidplaytut/cv-splines_to_objects_interactively_offset_and_chamfer_objects

  5. Yes, Lazaros´s plugin NitroCycle is like Polycircle on steroids :) (I gave Lazaros couple of ideas and there was updated to plugin within few hours. It´s simply crazy how simple programming of plugins looks to be! ;-D)
  6. You could try Foundry Marketplace, it´s more known and wider then here, https://community.foundry.com/discuss/forum/42/marketplace btw, how did you found combo C4D and Keyshot? Or did you used them separately in different workflows?
  7. Currently nowhere. Because plugin creator (Hashimoto) decide to make it commercial instead of free. Now it´s one of few tools in plugin pack named "ToolsPack" for a small price 5000 JPY. All plugins was ported to R20, but I think there is a backward compatibility (or ask directly plugin creator) http://coffeestock.boo.jp/Blog/?page_id=2620
  8. Interview with David McGavran (MAXON's CEO) on C4DZone.com https://www.c4dzone.com/en/blog/news-3/david-mcgavran-interview-578.htm

  10. Since plugins are based on python, works well with R20. There are some issues with some plugin, but as pack works fine. If you have some bought plugin/s and need serials for R20, simply login into your account and grab serials for R20...
  11. You could use "V" key menu for switching to another opened project. You could use shortcuts for next/previous project commands. Or there is plugin called "xsTab" where all projects are in separated tabs for easy access. Type into web browser "xsyann c4d plugins"

  18. Thank you for describing steps in code Alex, It´s a first time I see placed "subcode" under main code. There is no important where is placed? When I play with with Basic language 30 years ago (where every line of code has own number), there was command GOTO and number where was placed "subcode"...( :D just for laught)
  19. Locate your installation cinema4d folder, then open folder plugins and put there plugin. Second way is put plugin into "preference" plugin folder. Open c4d, then Edit/Preferences and at the bottom of this window is command "Open Preferences Folder...". When you click on it new window will be opened. Locate and open "plugins" folder and put plugin here. Be sure you´ll install just in one location not both...Just single plugin...Where you put plugin it´s up to you.(Sometimes plugin developers strictly want to place their plugins into preference folder, sometimes directly into installation folder...)
  20. Simple xp way could be using ObjectList node... See attached example, just few nodes... https://www.dropbox.com/s/r8nqjwbmkvwyw36/xp_SDS_onoff.zip?dl=0 All SDS objects dragged into onject list node, xp iterate thru all of them and simple bool enable or disable them...
