At first glance at topic title I really hoped that someone was playing a rude joke and it will just result in another ban but I was wrong :( My condolences to his family and loved ones. Dan was truly decent, well measured, polite, helpful, respectful, modest.... Even with very difficult health issues he never complained, imposed or made a fuss about it. I knew he enjoyed riding in the wild and it was always stunning to see how well he balanced his private life and work. I just hope he found peace and happiness out there in big blue prairie, and all of us can just say thank you, thank you for all the contribution for C4D community, first as a gentleman then second as plugin developer. Rest in peace

Wouldn't it be easier with MoGraph?

I suggest that you post a scene file because then users with the plugin can take a look. Given they don't know how your scene is constructed, they can only guess...

Although some actions are possible, Xpresso is not really suitable for that. May I ask what exactly are you trying to build? I suspect there are higher level tools already available in Cinema which can do that or much more.

No renaming will happen :) This kind of naming impact documentation, training and loading scenes into older versions.

@ingvarai Please send me details about the issue you are experiencing with Camera shader. Thanks! Not officially. Reason is that speed improvements, although they apply to many rendering cases they are not overall for every scenario, hence it can't be advertised as such. I believe MAXON feels that marketing this is not fair until each and every scene renders faster.

It is so nice to see that mood got very positive these days :) Personally I am very happy to see one more step from company towards user desired level of communication.This tech demo was simply a quick way to show of some stuff, and was certainly not intended as a "flashy" eye candy reel. There will certainly be chances for such presentations too. Me too very much. I expect some cool stuff :)

Folks, we will provide one more lighter theme and that way we hope to cover everyone's personal preference regarding visual presentation. Additionally, we will tweak the and optimize forum for mobile devices as much as possible. The goal is to have fast, responsive, clean and professional looking forum. We simply won't settle for anything less than that for our members Cheers

Folks, just to keep you informed regarding forum I think you should know that currently there is just handful of themes available and that this forum version is a bit..err..buggy:) Also, we are in contact with respectable theme designer and are looking into creating couple of unique themes exclusively for C4DCafe. This will become actual once the Logo challenge is done and we can combine both the theme and logo. After that we will be looking into some new challenges which will include nice prizes. It is worth mentioning that if you have any ideas on how the Cafe can be improved and what you would like to see in future, don't hesitate to contact Igor and Me (same PM conversation). Cheers
