  5. Time for Volume 2 i think, kicking it off with a classic , keeping it clean as always 😄
  6. Thanks bro! I try 😂 glad to see you’re still around man !
  7. Thanks man glad people like it 😬
  8. Yea I’ve been thinking about this too actually, could really help with conceptualising ideas enough that would give you a base to start modelling with
  9. Thanks man, I wasn’t sure about this one tbh. Didn’t have as much time to work on it as I’d of liked as I’ve been pretty busy, but agreed to do it for a community on instagram so they can feature it so needed to have it done today.
  10. Here's my take on the character to celebrate the new movie releasing today 😄
  11. Sounds trivial but it’s something that continues to erk me, so I hope it gets addressed in the latest release and it’s the symmetry system. Still having to cut everything in half to mirror the other side and still be limited to only being able to modify one side of the mesh is more than tiresome for me, functionality similar to the true symmetry plug-in would be very welcome.
  12. Thanks man it was a fun challenge trying to translate him to 3d
  13. From the album: 2022

Had a blast bringing Glenn to 3d at the request of the guys from inside job, check out the show on netflix it's awesome
  14. Thanks man, i wasn't either, it's an animated series on netflix. quite enjoyable for context here's some references of Glenn, who spliced his dna with a dolphines
  15. Calling this one done for now, I’ll do a full body render when I get around to finishing it in 2030 😴 had a lot of fun with this one and the guys at inside job loved it so win win 😄
  16. Did some adventure time fan art a couple of weeks ago and posted it on my IG, the guys from Inside job saw and loved it and requested some fan art for their Netflix show. Early stages pretty much done with the head, couldn’t resist slapping some materials on and doing a quick render, turntable incoming .
  17. Found my old Superman model and went to town on it, remade the suit portion, remade the hair, moved the ears, redid the eyes, and did a bunch of sculpting on the face and neck, changed a bunch of proportions around. pretty pleased how it turned out in the end 😄 Here’s the old one for comparison back in 2016, can’t believe I thought it was good back then 😂
  18. Turns out Vimeo do a free screen recorder these days, not the best quality but decent file size compared to a dedicated app FullSizeRender.MOV
  19. Some Adventure time fan art, one of my followers on Instagram did a cool version of BMO, so i adapted it to 3d, Vectron skateboard was an add on 😄
  20. Exactly. Kinda feel bad for all the food items that are murdered daily, ala sausage party 😄
  21. Oh Patrick, you don't know how good you taste! sequel to the banana zombie, this is an old model that i pretty much completely over hauled to bring it up to standards, then made the hand, spoon and smooth peanut innards, the jar has real thickness as well as being a separate mesh from the peanut butter it's self and the middle label section. This one i'd love to print 😄 view full size for maximum awesomeness
  22. Congratulations to the winners, great work 😬
  23. This gives me the opportunity to post this meme A few clients of mine would benefit from this diagram. But yea this topic reminds me of something i read the other day from a former vfx artist that had worked on a slew of marvel projects and the amount of pressure marvel / Disney was putting these guys under to deliver work of the best quality under almost unrealistic deadlines and obscene amounts of stress . The VFX are mostly pretty good on marvel movies although there are some cases where it’s a bit choppy and the VFX guys cop the stick for it, when really having to work in such conditions I’m surprised they pull these films together in the first place, everything needs to be A+ quality and it needs to be now, something’s gotta give surely ? V
  24. I have limited experience with this, I’ve been modelling some plush toys that are being printed into 6 inch figures, although the they were fairly simple in design/detail compared to what you’ve been tasked with, I think some things to consider are, wall thickness. There’s a minimum thickness that should be adhered to, this may very depending on which printer and material you’re using, if the model you’re printing isn’t just a single solid piece. making sure there’s no holes or gaps in the mesh. Everything needs to be air tight, as you’ve seen with your current model, fairly decent topology so the slicing software can do it’s job and sort it into layers etc.
