Animation Trigger
Do you mean the object's morph specifically? What if it's bone animation? Is there a visual example of using the inheritance effector in a similar case? Thank you- Simulation

Cinema 4D eats up absolutely ALL memory - RAM and SSD space
Just some general advice to anyone looking for help. If you actually want somebody to help you, then you need to show the problem you have. Just saying "I run out of memory" doesn't give us much to go on; we don't want to waste our time listing anything and everything that might cause the problem when simply showing the project file could narrow it down. The basic act of including the scene file you have and telling us the steps you take to make the problem will allow someone else to work out what is going wrong. And yes, it may be "just a cube and some subdivisions", but the scene file will include all sorts of other project settings; and what you consider to be a normal setting might turn out to be the problem.1 -

Cinema 4D eats up absolutely ALL memory - RAM and SSD space
I have the exact same issue with my M1 Max Pro with Cinema 4D 2024. I'm just experimenting with a cube with a subdivision surface, simulations and field forces and every 10 min it tells mit it has run out of RAM and I need to force quit. I emptied out my hard drive already,no improvement. I mean, it's just a cube with 50 steps and a subdivision surface. The simulations (cloth) are running smooth in the viewport. So it's far from a heavy scene. I t seems like it does not empty out the RAM? Are there any settings I can modify? It's really annoying. -

Sweep Object End growth and Align to spline speed don't match, linear motion
but shouldnt 0-100% mean that it travels the whole length of the spline at the same speed ? regardless of the lengths of individual segment ? Mathematically it makes no sense. But i understand what you saying. It just not very logical in my opitnion. I expected to have issues when the splines has some curves but not with perfectly straight lines. Also if that's the case, why the End Growth works as expected ;D ? i think. its hard to tell if the speed is constant but seems like it is. -

Sweep Object End growth and Align to spline speed don't match, linear motion
Because the 2 parts of the line are different lengths. If they were the same it would work. By adding interpolation steps we make the gaps between each point even again. Another way would be to resample the spline using Resample Spline Node as child of spline, or via MoSpline. CBR1
