The first thing that passed my mind was to get a 3D object viewer... it's not "walk around" per se... there are some good free ones out there...

You need to define what you mean by "move about in" or nobody will be able to help. Being able to look around requires a single rendered 360 image for each location you want them to look around from. But to actually move around like a person walking through the room, then you're looking at a real 3d project which the browser or a remote server can constantly generate new images from.
The first one you can do right now by rendering a spherical camera.
the second one is incredibly difficult and will require a lot of technical knowledge and project optimisation.
