  1. Your welcome, I was a bit worried when I opened your file and found I couldn't repeat it, I had the same error as you. Must have stumbled into it earlier. Deck

  2. So I swapped the M1 Mini 8gb for the M1 MacBook Pro 16gb. Rendered the Grapes scene in 4mins, 47sec. I have a few background processes running for audio interface, thunderbolt dock, and network monitoring (my daily needs), but it still ran well compared to the results mentioned above with intel machines. You can see the fans did ramp up quite a bit, the CPU was at 100% as I guess it normal for rendering. I think the MacMini may do a little better because of thermals. I guess this would be a great modeling machine? Perhaps Apple's tower may be more interesting for rendering. Here's the results attached below. The iStastistica screenshot was taken around 4 minutes into the render.

  3. Just released another one: The Shader Operator In this video, we'll use Terraform4D's Shader Operator to create a terrain from a shader or from real-world elevation data, and integrate it into a procedural landscape. Cheers, Frank

  5. Lols, you're very kind, but deeply misled 🙂 But my chair does look a lot like that, and the dressing gown does a great job of swishing, cloak-like, round corners. CBR

  6. Can you please clarify? A motherboard with 6 PCI slots? Even though my MB supports 7 slots...it would still get killed by 3 3090's. But maybe I don't understand your configuration. I assume you are using a GPU renderer like Redshift or Octane?
